It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of FABAL's long standing CEO and founder, Chris Day, on Thursday 13 March 2025.
Chris leaves a legacy of over 35 years' impact as a passionate and vocal advocate for the Australian grape and wine industry.
His influence however extends beyond his years of service to the company. As a leader, he led with both his mind and his heart.
He turned colleagues into family - the FABAL family - and we shall miss him greatly.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Chris’ family and friends.
A funeral service will be held to farewell Chris on Tuesday 25 March 2025 at Wesley Uniting Church, 27 Grenfell Street, Kent Town, commencing at 10:00am. There will be a live-streaming of the service which can be accessed via this link.
